Little Box Charitable Corp is a corporation undergoing incorporation in the State of California.

Little Box Charitable Corp is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.

The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are to provide educational and charitable assistance to the general public as follows:


educating or supporting the education of Africans living in traditional and urban cultures in various forms.
assisting Africans living in traditional cultures to identify & develop revenue sources compatible with preservation of their heritage;
empowering Africans living in traditional and urban cultures to regain self-sufficiency.
empowering survivors of crime.
any other purpose the Directors may decide from time to time.
We are working on 3 projects already being:

Lttle Stationery Box - aimed at school children
Little Veggie Box - aimed at rural communities who require a form of income and source of food.
Little Survivor Box - aimed at crime survivors.
